We are a gastro pub based in the City of London and now looking for a Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef keen to work on Sustainable low waste cuisine.
The ideal Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef will have some management experience and support an enthusiastic and talented the Head Chef.
The ideal Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef will receive a salary up to £45,000 per year and for 48 hours per week.
The role is for an immediate start.
The Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef will have:
Experience in cooking with Seasonal ingredients
Skilled in the preparation of whole wild native British fish species to best utilize the carcass.
Nose to tail butchery,
Low waste cooking, menu planning
