Nursery Room Leader – Partou Nursery Lane Day Nursery and Preschool, West Yorkshire, Leeds. Full-Time | Permanent. Salary £28,400 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus.
Role: Partou Nursery Lane Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

About You
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Strong EYFS knowledge
* Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
* Passion for early years education
* Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development
* Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
