About the role:
* Provide excellent customer and supporter service.
* Work as part of the shop team to meet sales and fundraising targets.
* Maintain shop standards, including visual presentation, safeguarding, and health and safety.
* Build relationships with the community and colleagues.
* Support fundraising events.
* Take keyholder responsibilities as needed (training provided).
* Manual handling and physical activity are involved.
What we’re looking for:
* Understanding of great customer service.
* Experience in a busy customer service environment.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload.
* Teamwork and communication skills.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis.
