We are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers (CAT CE) to join the team. Shifts: Shifts across Saturday and Sunday 07:00am to 16:00pm -Part time / AD-HOC -Weekends Hours : Days Pay Rate: £15.28ph PAYE Location: Bridgewater, TA6 Job Type : Ongoing The role: Loading and Unloading Engage in customer work, taking the vehicle to a customer to collect and deliver it to a hub, and returning to the depot. Collaborate with a team to ensure efficient operations and timely deliveries. Travel to local sites for a one-off download of the tacho card prior to being put forward for the position. Attend an on-site induction for the first shift. Requirements: Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category CE). Have at least 12 months of proven experience driving the relevant vehicle. Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Less than 12 infringement points in any one month and no infringement points for three consecutive months. Flexibility to work shifts across Monday to Sunday with start times from 12 pm - 9 pm (all paid at night rate). Ability to travel to local site for tacho card download prior to being put forward. Full understanding of WTD legislation. Excellent communication skills. A safety-first mindset.
