We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Commercial Analyst to join a fast-paced Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing environment. This role acts as a key financial business partner, owning pricing and bill of material processes while driving efficiency, accuracy and automation across critical commercial systems.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the Commercial Analyst will sit at the centre of multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring pricing integrity, optimised cost management and continuous process improvement.
Key duties include:
1. Managing and maintaining store pricing files and responding to related pricing queries
2. Owning bill of material files, including updates, validation and issue resolution
3. Acting as the central point of contact between Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, logistics and point-of-sale providers
4. Integrating pricing and bill of material data to ensure alignment and accuracy
5. Analysing rebate, write-off, price variance and food and paper cost impacts
6. Driving system improvements, automation initiatives and supporting regional expansion projects
The ideal candidate will have:
7. A BCom Finance or equivalent qualification (CIMA preferred)
8. 3–5 years’ experience within QSR, FMCG or CPG environments
9. Advanced Excel skills with a strong eye for detail and data accuracy
10. Excellent organisational and stakeholder management capabilities
11. Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
12. Experience supporting system implementations or process automation
