Personal Assistant

Job Details

Though a part‑time job, it is a full employment position. A National Insurance number must be provided and a probation period will be required. Wages will be paid every four weeks, and 5.6 weeks paid holiday pro‑rata. You must arrange a DBS check at no expense to you.

Purpose of Job

To support the employee in the community, encourage socialisation, and ensure safety at all times. Care will first take place in the home to build a trusting bond.

Place of Work

Home and community.

Hours of Work

• 3 hours per week during term time
• 6 hours per week during non‑term time

This is a relief post covering annual leave and sickness.

Rate of Pay

£14.75 per hour.

Tasks Involved

• Ensuring safety and supervision at all times
• Providing stimulation and fun activities
• Personal care support
