Could you support a busy mental health service by keeping appointments, enquiries and administration running smoothly?
As Administrative Officer within the Community Mental Health Service for Adults, you’ll provide essential support to a multidisciplinary team, enabling them to deliver an effective, excellent, specialist service to the Manx community. You’ll act as a key point of contact, managing enquiries and supporting the day‑to‑day running of the service.
You’ll coordinate diaries and appointments, process referrals, maintain accurate records and databases, and support meetings and communication across the team. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll handle sensitive information with professionalism, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

A standard police check is required for this post, the cost of which will be covered by the Isle of Man Government.
