Key responsibilities include: -
1. Take food and drink orders.
2. Prepare drinks.
3. Serve dishes and beverages promptly, neatly with attention to detail.
4. Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise waste through careful portioning and rotation.
5. Help maintain cafe equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
6. Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional environment.
7. Handle payments (cash, card and contactless) and process bills promptly and correctly.
8. Help with opening and closing duties (setting up, polishing cutlery, restocking and light cleaning).
9. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and the team.Core skills required
