Candidate Requirements
* Significant experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment in manufacturing, industrial, or blue‑collar sectors
* Strong understanding of sourcing methods, candidate engagement, and labour market dynamics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work confidently with hiring managers and external partners
* Strategic thinker, capable of balancing high‑volume recruitment with long‑term workforce planning
* Organised and proactive, able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Experience in leading, mentoring, or coaching a recruitment team is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for industrial and blue‑collar positions, ensuring candidates have a positive experience
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide practical recruitment solutions
* Track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements
* Support and guide recruitment team members, providing training and coaching where required
* Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, job boards, and training providers
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation, best practice, and company policies
