Your new role
As a Warehouse Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and processing export shipments, including preparing invoices and documentation.
* Responding to emails and updating documents accurately.
* Assisting with pick runs and stocktakes.
* Producing courier quotes and processing end-of-day manifests.
* Confirming UK and export shipments.
* Gathering operational data and supporting continuous improvement projects.
This is a varied role that requires flexibility and attention to detail, with occasional weekend work and adaptable start/finish times.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role.
* Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Excel; NAV ERP experience is a plus.
* Knowledge of UPS Worldship, DHL/FedEx booking systems, and export shipping terms (advantageous but not essential).
* Ability to work collaboratively, stay organised, and take initiative.
* A flexible, "can-do" attitude.
