About the Job
Our social work practice is rooted in systemic and restorative approaches, emphasizing high-quality relationships. We seek qualified Senior Social Workers to work in partnership with families, focusing on increasing independence, promoting resilience, and safeguarding children.
You will manage complex caseloads involving children with disabilities, including cases under Children in Need, Child Protection, Children in Care, and Care Proceedings. Your role involves holistic assessments, risk identification, and multi-agency collaboration to develop and review support plans.
Effective liaison with health and education professionals is essential to support children with complex needs.
About You
You have at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience, with a strong understanding of working in diverse urban communities and in the SEND context. You are committed to systemic, relationship-based practice, registered with Social Work England, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
