What you'll do As a Relationship Management Apprentice, you’ll build strong relationships with new and existing customers, focusing on delivering an excellent experience and positive outcomes. Day-to-day you’ll be: Managing diaries and booking appointments, and preparing high quality meeting briefs and customer information for Relationship Managers Understanding customer needs and explaining the various lending options available and helping with the application and approval request Developing your banking knowledge across systems, processes, products, and the broader Commercial banking market Contributing to a positive learning culture and investing time in your own professional development How we invest in you Our apprenticeships will support you to learn, grow and build a career you are proud of.
