Community Nurse – Learning Disabilities – Band 6
Please note, this advert is for posts available across the city at our 3 bases: Kings Norton, Small Heath and Erdington. Preference of base will be discussed at the offer stage.
An e xciting opportunity has arisen for experienced and highly motivated individual to join community city wide service within the Learning Disabilities Service.
You will be an experienced and flexible individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for multi disciplinary team working.
To work within the framework of a multi-disciplinary team to provide support and guidance to children and adults with learning disabilities and their carers.
To work within the framework of health facilitation (level one and two).
To co-ordinate a clinical service under the supervision of Senior Community Nurses.
