The Role
* Providing practical, commercially focused legal advice
* Drafting and negotiating a range of agreements
* Supporting business-critical projects and initiatives
* Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation
About You
* Qualified solicitor- NI//ROI/England &Wales - 2+ years PQE (some flex)
* Experience in one or more of the following practice areas commercial, corporate, banking & finance, commercial property or projects
* Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach
* Team player with excellent communication skills
