The role involves supporting the recruitment process by identifying and engaging with top candidates, helping to match them with exciting opportunities. The role;
* Support candidate searches and shortlisting, learning how to identify top talent for leading companies.
* Build strong relationships with candidates, helping guide them through the recruitment process with care and clarity.
* Develop a mindset of excellence, taking pride in doing the basics well and delivering quality work every time.
* Learn how to use tools and data to find and engage candidates, with full training and support provided.
* Work closely with experienced consultants, gaining real insight into the recruitment industry and how great teams deliver results.
Base salary of up to £30,000 with excellent commission structure
2 or 3 days in the office in Central Cardiff
