Sales Team Manager My client is a leading provider of security solutions, to which they supply to various industries that span across 11 countries. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Sales Team Manager to join their team based in Larne. This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position. Working hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week (Office based for 2 days and then out on the road with the team in ROI). With a salary of £52,000 - £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Job Role: You will be responsible for leading and inspiring the Sales Team, a dynamic team of account managers (read: security advisors). You'll be the driving force behind further professionalizing the sales department, achieving sales targets, and developing new markets. Essential Criteria: At least 3-5 years of experience in a (similar) Sales role within a B2B environment; experience in security or hiring services is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A strong network in the construction and/or security industry is advantageous. Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans. IT proficient with the experience of using CRM (Salesforce is advantageous). Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. Willingness to travel regularly within Ireland potentially abroad for client visits. Full valid Driving License. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Lead, Motivate and manage a team of field sales reps to achieve the targets within the countries budget. Regularly coach and provide feedback, to create a best-in-class team, focused on driving success. Conduct regular 1:1 and team meetings to align on the strategy and remove barriers to performance. Plan territories and accounts to maximise coverage, efficiency and results Translate the strategy into actionable field plans that can be monitored and forecast, using the CRM system. Where needed, identify any performance gaps and address. Gather intelligence, insights and customer feedback to influence the strategy and provide the Head of Sales with tangible data to drive the sales number. Build and maintain strong customer relationships focused on development and growth, striving for excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty. Support the team in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and accounts. Drive high standards of customer service and brand reputation. Provide regular reports, forecasts and insights to the Head of Sales using the CRM system. Use this data to inform decisions within the team and to challenge the 'status quo' within the business. Ensure system hygiene and utilise this to build a true pipeline view. Work with marketing and delivery teams to align campaigns and client solutions by sharing market intelligence. Identify high potential team members, making the most of the Multi-Country relationships and company Academy to build development plans using a blend of collaboration and e-learning. Model company values and maintain a performance culture within the Ireland Sales Team, continuing the accountable but supportive culture embedded by the Head of Sales up to this point. Work closely with and reporting to the Head of Sales Ireland.
