We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to join a leading care repair body shop part-time. \r\n\r\n Ideally, you will be working the equivalent of two to three days a week. \r\n\r\n Perhaps you have commitments and can only work part-time, or maybe you want to slow down or return to work part-time. \r\n\r\n Either way, this busy body shop will value your skills and experience. \r\n\r\n Roles and Responsibilities for the Bodyshop Manager role: \r\n\r\n \r\n\t You will work closely with the General Manager \r\n\t Manage activities of the production\/ workshop operations to ensure efficient work scheduling \r\n\t Maximise utilisation of human resources; parts ordering; site control; sub-contracting; valeting \r\n\t Implement\/ manage work processes to ensure quality\/ service levels meet or exceed expectations \r\n\t Work with insurance companies to provide the best outcome for vehicle owners \r\n\t Provide full accident claims management \r\n\t Hold production meetings to ensure work completion targets with technicians, parts and reception staff \r\n\t Identify training and development needs \r\n\t Ensure the health and safety of staff and the care and protection of customers’ vehicles \r\n\t Liaise with customers and suppliers \r\n \r\n\r\n Skills and experience required as a Bodyshop Manager: \r\n\r\n \r\n\t Previous experience in a similar role or as a Workshop Control\/ Bodyshop Manager \r\n\t Comprehensive automotive technical knowledge \r\n\t A team-player approach is essential \r\n \r\n\r\n As mentioned, there is flexibility over the hours worked. \r\n\r\n The Bodyshop has extensive expertise and BS10125 accreditation for repair work. \r\n\r\n New Job for a part-time Bodyshop Manager in Medway as advertised on The JobsBoard. \r\n
