Working in a very fast‑paced environment with an agile and collaborative nature, we are seeking a Project Manager within the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Europe team of Group Risk Management (GRM).
The incumbent will report to the Director – GRM Regulatory Project Management, ERM, and will work closely with ERM Europe team members for the following:
* Lead, support and progress the implementation and execution of multiple projects that ensure the Bank meets local regulatory requirements under the remit of SVP, Risk Management, Wealth Management and Insurance, CRO Europe.
* Current scope of projects includes DORA, Basel 3.1 / FRTB, and Operational Resiliency, among others.
* Assist with ad hoc initiatives within the broader ERM Europe team, including Regulatory Compliance Management, Business Management and ESG Risk.
Primary Responsibilities
* Drive project execution; track delivery; expect, monitor, and control change, own change management; pro‑actively seek and resolve blockers.
* Work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders to conduct analysis and produce detailed project artefacts including project plans and RACI documents.
* Facilitate project deliverables, i.e. create relevant project and program planning documentation associated with achieving stated business and regulatory requirements.
* Manage all front‑to‑back aspects of a project to ensure milestones are implemented, accepted, and accomplished within a set deadline.
* Identify and gather requirements raised by local stakeholders and work with them to interpret PRA/other regulatory guidance – once identified determine how and who will manage execution.
* Implement and maintain RAID logs, identifying tolerance breaches and managing resolution and escalations in a timely manner.
* Actively promote alignment between the various stakeholders and functions.
* Coordinate and partner with stakeholders to manage project status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Lead Working Group and Steering Committee meetings with key functional teams to deliver results, triage issues, and drive progress.
* Prepare senior management meeting materials, such as Steering Committee and Executive Committee meetings, as well as other regularly scheduled program forums.
* Perform risk assessments to identify potential risks/opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies.
* Lead projects and/or remediation requirement documentation efforts based on identified gaps and controls.
* Support efforts to satisfy GRM Europe’s internal regulatory compliance management (RCM) reliance model requirements.
* Take responsibility for any ad hoc activities and initiatives within the broader ERM Europe team.
* Develop strong working relationships with internal partners and stakeholders, including functional teams, the bank’s business segments, working group members, and steer‑co attendees.

This role is high‑impact as the incumbent will be part of a small, high‑profile team tasked with delivering quality reports and analysis to a senior stakeholder group. Global regulatory standards and scrutiny for climate‑financial risk management within banks are growing, and requirements are becoming increasingly complex and fluid.
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality is essential; material non‑public information must not be disclosed.

Work involves a significant amount of computer use. Tasks often require quick turnaround and timely completion in accordance with tight timelines, with possible schedule flexibility during peak periods.

Education &/Or XP
Required
* 5 years of Group Risk Management experience, or equivalent.
* A good first degree in a quantitative discipline.
