Potters Grange is a 20 bedded boutique care home, set in a convenient location in Hertfordshire on the border with North London's Borough of Barnet and we have an opportunity for a full time housekeeping and laundry assistant to be part of our growing team.
We are looking for a housekeeping and laundry assistant who takes real pride in ensuring their work is always completed to our high standards, and will maintain the privacy, confidentiality and dignity of our residents and handle their possessions with due care and respect.
Our core values of Competence, Choice and Compassion influence everything we do, and this makes us really stand out from the average care home environment.
As a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant you will be responsible for:
· laundering and ironing our residents' clothing, putting it away tidily and ensuring wardrobes and drawers are always clean and neat, and repairing clothing where necessary
· maintaining linen stocks for day to day use
· ensuring that all areas of our centre, including public areas and our resident's rooms are clean, and our high standards are met at all times.
If this sounds like the role for you or would like more information then we would love to hear from you - working with us will give you a rewarding, challenging, diverse and exciting career, where no day is the same.
At Ardale we don't just accept difference, we welcome it.
