Sales Co-ordinator (Syncros)

The purpose of the role
We're looking for a sales coordinator to promote and encourage awareness of the Syncros product range within the flooring trade and other target markets. To provide a sales / technical support role to all prospects, and develop sales to achieve set targets with maximum profit.
Key Tasks
1. To run a daily recall listing from the maximiser and co ordinator record sheet.
2. To telephone each company on the recall listing to obtain information and promote the Syncros range.
3. Identify further opportunities within architects and construction companies and update prospects with current projects and companies within that group.
4. Make appointments where necessary.
5. To receive incoming sales enquiries from existing customers and new Syncros prospects.
6. Send company product literature (including samples) where and when relevant or requested. Where possible, direct the customer to our website.
7. To follow up quotations, tenders and information in line with the recall list to promote the Syncros range and secure direct purchase orders.
8. To ensure all sales orders and purchase orders are loaded within 48 hours.
9. To ensure all initial orders from all sectors are by pro-forma invoice subsequent orders can be taken on account subject to acceptable credit check by Syncros.
10. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to develop opportunities and margins.
11. To prioritise workload according to current targets and to achieve targets set.
12. Deal with cancellations/customer complaints and liase with relevant departments.
13. Any other duties required.

In return for your commitment and expertise, you will receive:
24. A basic salary of £24,765.00 OTE £28,000.00
25. A full time permanent role. Monday -Friday, 08.30am-16.30pm (no evenings or weekends)
