Cygnet Group are looking for a confident and compassionate Bank Learning Disabilities Support Worker with at least 12 months’ experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities to join our team at Marion House & Conifers. This flexible bank contract allows you to pick up 12‑hour shifts around your weekly availability — including day shifts (7:45 am–8 pm) and night shifts (7:45 pm–8 am) — giving you the freedom to work in a way that suits your lifestyle. Marion House is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and moderate to severe learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and community integration. Conifers is a specialist residential home providing outcome-focused care for adults with a primary diagnosis of profound to moderate learning disability and autism with associated complex needs.
