Account Executive – Client Services About NewGen We are NewGen, an award-winning team of over 100 social natives, with offices across London, Manchester and New York. Founded by our Forbes 30 under 30 co-founders we are specialists in digital marketing, experts in social media and gamers at heart, but that hasn’t stopped us from working with the biggest non-gaming brands in the world helping them to reach their audiences in creative and innovative ways, powered by social media. Samsung, PepsiCo, Cetaphil, Epic Games, Activision, JBL, Pizza Hut: these are just some of the brands we work with daily and we need creative, strategic, data-led individuals to help shape award-winning campaigns that keep them coming back for more! NewGen EMEA operates a hybrid culture in our London and Manchester offices, as we understand the value of both home and in-office working. We expect office attendance at our Holborn base at least 3 eek to allow for effective teamwork and collaboration. The Role We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join the London Client Services team at NewGen, working specifically on our flagship PepsiCo account. You’ll be supporting the team in building brilliant relationships with our clients, managing creative projects day-to-day, and ensuring the smooth delivery of work across multiple workstreams. As an Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in supporting campaign coordination, internal delivery and creative development. You’ll work closely with the wider client services team as well as our creative, production, influencer and strategy departments to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career with a passion for social media, content, and client services, who is looking to learn and grow within a fast-paced, highly collaborative agency environment. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Support Support the Account Manager and Director and wider team with day-to-day client communications Join and take notes in client calls, circulate contact reports, and follow up on actions Build positive relationships with client contacts by being responsive, reliable and solutions-focused Project Coordination, Admin & Organisation Assist in the coordination of campaign timelines, deliverables and status updates Ensure internal teams are briefed and aware of deadlines Help prepare decks, WIP documents and status trackers to support smooth delivery Maintain up-to-date campaign files, trackers and calendars Ensure internal systems are updated with accurate information (e.g. task boards, asset logs, campaign docs) Coordinate meeting schedules and logistics for internal and client meetings Content & Creative Oversight Support in reviewing social creative content within our creative process to ensure it meets client expectations and aligns with brand guidelines Liaise between creative and production teams to gather feedback and revisions Help coordinate approval processes and asset deliveries Insight & Reporting Support the team in collating performance reports and learnings with guidance from the data team Help ensure reporting learnings are translated into future campaign planning What We’re Looking For 1 year experience in a marketing, client services or production support role (agency or in-house) A genuine passion and understanding of social media and the creative industries Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn and contribute A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment The Interview Process First Stage Interview (30 mins): Run-through of your experience and an intro to the role and NewGen (with the PepsiCo account director) Second Stage (in-person): A short task to demonstrate your organisational and communication approach (with the PepsiCo account director and another senior team member)
