Must Haves
Previous experience within insurance Strong communication skills, both verbal and face-to-face Self-motivated and proactive Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders UK valid driving licence Cert CII (desirable)
So, what will you be doing?
Developing lasting relationships with Growth Broker accounts via meetings, Teams calls, events, and networking Attending weekly client meetings with a team member Building and delivering reports and account plans to key stakeholders Learning about different products to handle underwriting queries accurately Working with the Development Underwriting team on renewals and retention
