The Role:
The Head of Patient Services will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the end-to-end onboarding and servicing experience of Oviva Clinic patients. This leadership role ensures that operational and strategic KPIs are consistently achieved, onboarding pathways are optimized, and patients receive timely and high-quality care. Acting as a senior leader within the Clinical Services team, this role embodies Oviva's mission to deliver accessible and effective healthcare and supports our cultural values by driving team performance with humility, intelligence, and determination.
Essential:
* Strategic operational leadership in a healthcare, SaaS, or regulatory environment.
* Proven ability to lead managers and develop senior team capability.
* Demonstrated ability to drive team performance through effective coaching, performance management, and team development.
* Track record of delivering performance targets and driving team excellence.
* Excellent collaboration and stakeholder alignment at executive levels.
* Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, performance metrics, and quality improvement.
* Must have prior experience in managing operations within a contact centre setting.
Desirable:
* Experience in digital health platforms or NHS referral systems.
* Familiarity with CRM, EHR, or workflow optimization software.
