Job Title: Office Manager
Keeler Recruitment is working exclusively with a construction firm based in Norwich to find an ambitious and driven Office Manager to join their close-knit team. The successful candidate will work alongside the Company Accountant and external teams. Your duties will include:
1. Assist with the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly management accounts for the senior team.
2. Support and analyze the quarterly forecasting process.
3. Manage the Profit & Loss account and Balance Sheet, including profit, tax, and net asset planning.
4. Provide monthly reports to the Managing Director.
5. Liaise with external advisers such as auditors and tax advisors.
6. Verify subcontractors for CIS purposes.
7. Process CIS payments, including HMRC returns.
8. Assist with other finance and administrative duties.
