Here at UPP, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team.
You will be responsible for operating a computer-based property management database, monitoring all reactive work and planned maintenance.
This is a fixed-term position working 37.5 hours per week from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. The salary is £26,810 per annum.
Role responsibilities include:
1. Providing a reception service to the offices, keeping records of all visitors, contractors, and issuing keys.
2. Liaising, as necessary, with the university client, sub-contractors, UPP RSL staff, and residents.
3. Assisting the relevant manager(s) in the coordination of all on-site activities and day-to-day administration, including the production of reports.
4. Assisting in procurement of goods and services via the UPP RSL purchase system.
5. Producing purchase orders for goods and services, receiving purchase orders, and submitting them for authorization.
6. Maintaining all technical, statutory, and personnel records held on site.
7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office to create and organize data in spreadsheets, draft and format documents, manage Outlook calendars, and handle email communications effectively.
