More About The Role
The Receptionist is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, providing an exceptional meet & greet service, and supporting Back of House functions such as parcel delivery and contractor liaison. This role is based at SCCL Wakefield – WF1 5FY (22.5 hours per week with working patterns of) AM Shift: Mon – Fri: 8am – 12:30pm; PM Shift: Mon – Fri: 12:30pm - 5pm. This position has a start date of Monday 8th December. Our services to clients and customers are focused on responsiveness, efficiency and high quality service. The post-holder must maintain good contacts within the Group and internal departments and share information to assist in delivering effective service. Each team member is willing to learn about other roles within the team and assist with workload. We welcome suggestions for service improvement. More About You
A can-do attitude and good attention to detail are required. The role requires high levels of customer service with efficient and effective planning and the ability to communicate in a direct, calm and professional manner.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Experience in a similar role (Receptionist or customer service experience)
* Worked within the property industry
* Worked with IT packages such as MS Word, Excel
* Excellent communication skills
