SEND Teaching Assistant - Intervention Support - Rotherham

About the Role:
We are looking for committed Teaching Assistants who are able to work a minimum of 3 days per week, with solid experience working with children who have additional needs such as autism, speech and language challenges, ADHD, or moderate learning difficulties.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting children through structured interventions on a one-to-one or small group basis
Adapting learning materials and techniques to suit individual needs
Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to track progress and share strategies
Encouraging pupils' independence, confidence, and engagement
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a primary school setting
A good understanding of special educational needs and intervention delivery
A patient, nurturing, and proactive attitude
Flexible availability for at least 3 days per week
