About the Role
We are seeking interested applicants to have achieved a minimum of a 2:2 degree in a technology-focused or analytically strong degree by September 2026 – that’s it! No prior experience needed.
Qualifications
* Minimum a 2:2 degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering, Data Science/Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning, Information systems/Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics (with a high technical interest), or Digital Transformation/Technology Management by September 2026.
* A demonstratable interest in AI tooling and adoption is preferred.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Microsoft Copilot community.
* Helping deliver training sessions, demos, and drop‑in clinics.
* Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting for Copilot users.
* Supporting documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge sharing.
* Supporting AI projects end to end.
* Assisting with AI proof of concepts, pilots, and production solutions.
* Contributing to requirements gathering, testing, and refinement of AI use cases.
* Potentially leading small AI initiatives or workstreams with senior mentorship.
* Adoption and change management.
* Supporting user onboarding, communications, and engagement activities.
* Helping measure adoption and feedback to improve AI tools and processes.
* Working with business teams to translate needs into practical AI solutions.
* Technical delivery and enablement.
* Supporting the technical configuration and delivery of AI solutions.
* Working alongside architects, engineers, and vendors on AI implementations.
* Developing a keen understanding of responsible AI, data governance, and security considerations.

Location & Travel
Your graduate scheme will primarily be based in South Wales. However, on occasions and with notice you may be expected to travel to sites across the whole of Wales and its borders.
Recruitment Process
We are running our adverts until 3rd May 2026. Should your application meet our criteria, you’ll be sent a short assessment to complete. The second stage of assessment will be an in‑person assessment centre likely to take place at a location in Cardiff around June 2026. Further information will be provided closer to the time.
