We are partnered with a large, international membership organisation and are seeking an HR & Payroll professional for a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a busy and varied role, requiring excellent attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
* Processing payroll (training provided; experience with ITrent software is an advantage).
* Managing the Employee Journey from offer to end of probation.
* Administering benefits, promotions, salary reviews, and season ticket loans.
* Reporting and data analysis; experience with Business Object software is a plus.
Our client offers excellent training and is looking for candidates who are immediately available. If you have a background in professional institutes or membership organisations and at least two to three years of relevant HR or payroll experience, this could be the right opportunity for you.
