Posted: 18 February
Offer description

It’s an exciting time at Antler; we’ve reimagined our 110-year-old brand and are growing globally, making our ambitions a reality as we continue to build momentum. We are looking for an E-commerce Coordinator to join our UK Team. You’ll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, crafting engaging on-site content, and driving successful promotional campaigns. By collaborating with our Head of E-commerce, you'll help shape the online experience and contribute to the brand’s growth.

The Company

* Antler is the flagship British travel brand within the ATR Brands’ growing global portfolio. With a new leadership team, we have an innovative and entrepreneurial approach to the way we operate.
* Established in 1914, we have a rich heritage - one that is respected and celebrated.
* Since ATR Brands acquired Antler in 2020, we’ve achieved a lot – including laying the foundation for a multi-faceted house of travel and lifestyle brands. We’ve reimagined the brand, invested in the team, developed incredible new products and collaborated with exciting partners like Soho House and the British Fashion Council amongst many more globally.
* We’ve grown from a team of 6 to 30 in the past 3 years. We all bring something unique and are united in the common aspiration of being better than average; we have a will-do attitude where nothing is impossible.

The Day to Day

No two days at Antler are ever the same. We’re fast-paced and opportunistic, meaning we’re agile and comfortable in an entrepreneurial setting. But these are the things that will be core to your role:

* Overseeing day-to-day operations: Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings and pricing.
* Assisting in content management: Upload imagery and copy to the site to ensure content is accurate and engaging.
* Building promotional mechanics: Develop and implement promotional mechanics onsite.
* Maintaining theme content: Keep the site theme up-to-date with content such as menus, homepage banners, page content, and promotional messaging.
* Updating and maintaining the trade planner: Ensure the trade planner is current with promotional dates, product launches, and other relevant activities as set by the Head of E-commerce.
* Collaborating on email campaigns: Work alongside the Marketing Team to develop, build and execute email campaigns across all markets using Klaviyo.
* Assist with group-wide projects and initiatives: While your primary focus is Antler, you will contribute to the operational scaling and launch phases of other brands within the ATR portfolio, ensuring a consistent standard of e-commerce excellence across the Group.
