Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon to recruit a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team from March 2026 on a full-time basis.
The Ro
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 teacher to take full responsibility for a Year 3 class. You will be expected to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, support pupils of varying abilities, and contribute to the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
Assess and monitor pupil progress, maintaining accurate records
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers
Contribute to staff meetings, planning sessions, and school events
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
A nurturing and inclusive approach to teaching
A proactive and reflective attitude to professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
