Are you a skilled contract manager looking for your next challenge? Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is seeking a Contract Manager experienced in risk management and benefit realisation to oversee:
* our materials supply agreement,
* the lease for our fleet vehicles,
* driver compliance and accident management,
* arrangements for the supply of plant and equipment,
* other ancillary contracts
In this role, you will support operational teams to deliver our repairs and maintenance service through the robust and accountable management of these key support services.
We are looking for someone with:
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills,
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills to drive efficiencies,
* Risk management expertise, focusing on compliance,
* Experience of contract management,
* Knowledge of fleet management.
