This is a customer facing role and will require dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone.
Knowledge of the motor industry is essential for the role. The main duties/requirements of the role are below
* Supporting customers through counter sales and telesales
* Locating/Picking stock to fulfil orders
* Cash Handling
* Attention to detail to ensure the customer gets the correct products
* Dealing with returns from customers
* Supporting trade customers with account queries and taking payment
* Some ad hoc duties as and when required
