We are seeking an experiencedAviation Compliance & Procedures Specialistto join a highly regulated aerospace company on a temporary long term assignment, based in Yeovil. This Regulatory Compliance Engineer role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding ofaircraft operations, regulatory requirements, and audit processes, who can ensure procedures are effective, compliant, and aligned with industry best practice. You'llplay a key role in providingevidence-based assurance, improving processes, and supporting compliance acrossCAMO, technical, production, and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as thesubject matter expertfor procedural and regulatory queries
* Provide guidance on applying internal operating systems and resolving conflicting requirements
* Conductimpact assessmentson changes to procedures and regulatory frameworks
* Lead the development and improvement ofbusiness procedures and work instructions
* Ensure procedures reflectaviation regulations and industry best practice
* Support and guideinternal and external audits
* Carry outprocedure review audits (First Line of Defence)
* Identify root causes of non-compliance and implementcorrective actions
* Track compliance metrics and monitor progress of improvement activities
* Deliver clear communication and training to improveprocess adherence
Skills and Experience
* Strong background inaviation / aerospace environments(CAMO, maintenance, or engineering)
* Proven experience incompliance, procedures, and audit activities
* In-depth understanding ofaviation regulatory requirements and their application
* Experience writingclear, structured procedures and documentation
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders
* Strongproblem-solving and analytical skills
* Comfortable xcswzye working in ahighly regulated, process-driven environment
* Knowledge ofcontinuous improvement methodologies
* Proficient inMicrosoft Officeand relevant internal systems
* Experience withaudit management and regulatory inspectionsare desirable
* Familiarity withCIETP and operating systems (e.g. LH-OS)are desirable
* HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant disciplineare desirable
