Job Title: Multi Trade Operative Job Type: Permanent Sector: Property Services Location: South East London Salary: £36,000.00 - £38,000.00 per annum We have an opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join a leading main contractor, renowned for delivering exceptional services and partnering with some of the largest social housing providers. Responsibilities: Providing day to day repairs in resident's properties, aiming to achieve a first time fix where possible or managing the resident's expectations and ensuring a follow on service is provided. Undertaking a wide range of repairs and/or planned maintenance works within occupied or void properties.
