Key Responsibilities - Primary Class Teacher
The successful Primary Class Teacher will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
Differentiate lessons to support pupils of varying abilities
Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior leaders
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
Contribute to the wider life of the school
Qualifications / Experience
The ideal Primary Teacher will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in a UK primary school, junior school, or KS1 / KS2 setting
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
A passion for supporting pupil development academically and personally
A positive, flexible, and collaborative approach to teachingEssential Requirements:
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
