🔔 Urgent – Technical Print Operator (Swindon, 3-Month Contract)
Start Date: ASAP / Early January
Location: Swindon – fully onsite
Contract Length: 3 months
Hours: 40 hours per week
* Training (first 2 weeks): 8am–4pm
* After training: 7:30am–7:30pm (day shifts)
About the Role
We are urgently seeking a Technical Print Operator to join our clients Swindon manufacturing site. This is not a warehouse role — we are looking for candidates with GMP or digital print experience.
You will operate and maintain Encapsulation Machines, perform in-process quality checks, and ensure all manufacturing documentation is completed accurately. The role involves handling non-hazardous, hazardous, and DEA materials, supporting machine changeovers, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining a clean, compliant work area.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operate and maintain Encapsulation Machines (cover up to 4 machines during breaks)
2. Complete batch records and GMP documentation accurately
3. Monitor materials, gels, solvents, and lubricants
4. Perform in-process quality checks
