We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Administrator to join a growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone just starting their career in finance or accounting who wants to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
You will assist with day-to-day financial administration, ensuring records are accurate, invoices are processed on time, and financial data is maintained efficiently.
Your Key Duties as the Finance Administrator:
* Match and process high volume of invoices daily
* Support with mainly accounts payable duties and wider team
* Maintain accurate financial records and databases
* Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
* Respond to internal and external finance queries
* Support the Accounts Payable and wider team with administrative tasks
Skills and Requirements:
* Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
* Previous experience as finance administrator / processing invoices / reconciliation or any relevant experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good numerical and analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
