Our client, a leading player in the helicopter offshore market, is currently seeking a B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineer specialising in the Airbus H175 to join their dynamic team. This permanent position plays a crucial role in maintaining our client's fleet of helicopters, ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Comply with regulatory requirements and ensure all tasks meet UK CAA and company standards
Perform line maintenance tasks to ensure helicopters are serviceable and meet operational needs
Collaborate with the engineering team for flexible work planning and rostering to support business continuity
Conduct problem analysis and problem-solving based on pilot and operational feedback
Perform pre-flight checks and daily briefings with pilots and the Chief Engineer
Ensure availability of maintenance materials and spare parts in cooperation with supply chain, store, and support services
Report daily on the maintenance status to the Chief Engineer
Job Requirements:
Experience with Airbus H175 (prefered) rotary aircraft and line maintenance
ICT literacy, including aviation-specific software and MS Office
Professional-level proficiency in English
Familiarity with operational, quality, and safety procedures
Excellent communication skills for debriefing pilots and coordinating with team members
Ability to work independently and take initiative in less controlled environments
Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
UK CAA Part 66 B1.3 Licence
Engineering experience across different aviation companies is a plus
