Hays are delighted to be working with a leading not for profit organisation who are recognised both locally in Edinburgh where their head office sits, as well as across Scotland given their presence in the industry. The organisation are actively looking to bring onboard a temporary Recruitment Administrator for an immediate start to positively support to wider recruitment operations on a daily basis.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be a proactive temporary worker to positively support in daily recruitment tasks such as managing queries through the mailbox, supporting with contract preparation and review as well as managing line manager queries in relation to recruitment processes. This role will be varied, dynamic and require consistentmunication during the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this temporary assignment, you will have a solid understanding of recruitmentpliance and processes, with the ability to make sound decisions and take logical steps to meet procedural principles. You will demonstrate strongmunication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. You should be confident in reporting progress and escalating issues when needed, as well asfortable using a variety of HRIS packages.

In return, you will be offered apetitive hourly rate and the opportunity to gain exposure to a busy recruitment function. The role will offer variety and flexibility to carry out recruitment tasks on a predominantly remote basis. You will be working on a temporary agency contract, on a part time basis with support from both Hays and an experienced line manager in recruitment.
