We’re on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established company in West Yorkshire, operating within the construction sector.
Our client, with multiple offices across West Yorkshire, is expanding their Credit Control team. This position reports directly to a highly regarded Credit Manager, known across the industry for their expertise. With the business continuing to grow, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing and reducing aged debt
* Conducting high-volume credit control calls
* Setting collection goals and arranging payment agreements
* Managing and processing incoming payments
* Ensuring accurate credit note processing
* Identifying and escalating problematic accounts to the Credit Control Manager
* Performing account reconciliations
The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in credit control, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Strong Excel skills would be a significant advantage.
