Electro‑Mechanical Assembler Location: Yarnton / Oxfordshire Salary: £26,500 Hours: 37.5 per week (flexible working pattern) Type: Permanent, Full‑time We’re supporting a leading technology manufacturer who is looking for an experienced Electro‑Mechanical Assembler to join their growing production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative, high‑precision products used across entertainment, engineering, medical and scientific industries. Role Overview You’ll be responsible for assembling, inspecting and testing electro‑mechanical products to a high standard, working closely with Production and Engineering teams to support continuous improvement and ensure quality throughout the build process. Working Hours This is a 37.5‑hour week, with some flexibility around start and finish times. Examples include: 7am–3pm 8am–4pm During the training period, you’ll need to match the trainer’s hours, so a degree of flexibility is essential. Once trained, you can move to a preferred pattern within the team’s agreed options.
