Job Description
3. Lead and develop the group finance team
4. Drive continuous improvements in all aspects of Group Finance through developments in governance and more transparent, controlled reporting processes
5. Review and enhance group controls
6. Lead on technical accounting treatment and analysis
7. Develop and enhance Group financial consolidation processes
8. Act as a key advisor on developing the financial systems strategy
9. Involved in delivery of internal and external financial reporting
10. Involvement with group FP&A including budgeting and forecasting
11. Lead ad hoc financial reporting projects across the Group
The Successful Applicant
The Head of Group Reporting & Control will have:
12. Strong expertise in technical accounting and financial reporting
13. A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA)
14. Ability to manage complex financial projects effectively
15. Trained with a large firm
16. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
17. Proficiency in relevant financial systems and software
18. Strong people leadership skills
