Job Description

Job Title: Sales Support & Installations Administrator

Department: Equipment

Reports To: Sales Support & Installations Manager

Location: Cardiff office / Remote

Contract: 6 month fixed term contract

Overview:

The Sales Support & Installations Administrator will report directly to the Sales Support & Installations Manager. They will play a key part within the team, ensuring that the administrative tasks required within Sales Support & Installations are completed with a high level of accuracy and in a timely manner. They will take ownership of some direct send orders from start to finish. They will also take on other responsibilities to ensure that the installations process runs smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

* Process Direct Send orders
* Locate Critical Exams from an outlook inbox and send to the relevant customer and upload to opportunity files
* Call customers for payments and take payments on JDE system
* Manage Returns Cases and collections
* Order spare parts required
* Send relevant letters to customers
* Manage the sales support case queue
* Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the evolving needs of the department and the company

Job Skills & Experience Required:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

* Prior experience in administrative roles
* Proven ability to maintain precise and organised records
* A good understanding of CRM systems and how they work
* A track record of effective problem-solving skills

* Have strong communication skills, which are essential to coordinate with teams, stakeholders, and customers
* Have strong IT skills

* Be comfortable working at a fast pace
