Teaching Assistant We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our passionate team at a primary school in East Grinstead. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive attitude, a love for education, and the drive to make a positive impact in children's lives. Assist with planning and assessment, providing insights into students' progress and areas for development. Encourage and foster independence in pupils, helping to build confidence and a love for learning. Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with special educational needs, adapting resources and teaching strategies as required. Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver differentiated support for students, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met. Uphold school policies on safeguarding, behaviour, and inclusion, contributing to a safe and positive school culture.Prior experience working in a school setting, preferably as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA.
