As a member of our team, you will help drive the growth of our eLearning services by focusing on new business development. This is a part-time role, offering flexibility to suit the right candidate. The role is remote-first, with occasional visits to our office for meetings, training, or team collaboration.
This position would be a great fit for anyone with experience in eLearning sales, business development within digital services, or those currently working in education, creative industries, or similar fields who are looking for an exciting new challenge.
So, what will you be doing?
* Generating new leads through research, networking, and market insight.
* Carrying out proactive outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients.
* Making initial contact with organisations to introduce our eLearning services and explore their needs.
* Conducting discovery calls to understand client challenges and identify how we can help.
* Preparing quotes, mid-level proposals, and contributing to larger custom proposals.
* Presenting our eLearning services confidently to potential clients.
* Managing your own sales pipeline and tracking activity in our CRM system.
* Collaborating with our creative and production teams to tailor eLearning solutions for clients.
* Representing our business professionally and building strong relationships with potential clients.
What experience do you need?
To be successful, you will be proactive, organised, and confident communicating with clients. You must also have:
* Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within eLearning, digital services, creative industries, or education technology.
* Experience preparing proposals or business documentation tailored to client needs.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience working with CRM systems.
* Ability to manage your own workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
* A flexible, positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn.
* Knowledge of the eLearning industry, including digital learning solutions, content development, or online training, would be an advantage but is not essential.
* Familiarity with consultative selling and engaging decision-makers is desirable.
