Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will be trained in our business operations with the goal of joining, in the medium term, one of our international units in the airline catering sectors.
Account Managersare responsible for managing relationships with ongoing clients, especially those who are high volume and of global importance to the Newrest Group.National account managersshould work alongside the Head of Commercial to establish and implement newaccounts with a day to day purpose of implementing Customer Satisfaction on a continued basis.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Building and maintaining relationships with key client personnel.
Managing the tactical and strategic delivery of services.
Leading the sales process for your clients.
Managing the opportunity pipeline and identifying new business opportunities with the client base.
Achieving and maintaining any KPI and SLA targets set by the client contracts.
Organising and managing client project reviews.
Responding to all Client flight reports and concerns.
Regular liaison with culinary departments on chefs tables.
Regular liaison with assigned clients to manage existing business.
Ensuring clients understand product range and menus.
Monitoring day-to-day commercial performance within a portfolio.
Project management (small teams) of the roll out of menus and services.
Interact with, colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner at all times.
Ensure you are aware and comply with QHSE policies and procedures.
Ensure you understand Newrest Non-negotiables and adhere to these at all times.
Responsible for reporting all accident/hazards/near misses, in your area in line with Newrest requirements.
Comply with all unit Corporate, Social, Responsibility initiatives.
Ensure you understand, comply and abide by any new or amendments to policies, processes or working practices.
Any other duties as requested by your manager.
Knowledge and Skills
The ability to work calmly under pressure.
The ability to work in a methodical and logical manner to bring to life the information from the client to the Newrest Units.
Ability and understanding of IT programs such as Word, Excel, IT portals/dashboards.
Excellent communication, team work and customer service skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with external customers.
Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken.
Operational awareness of the Inflight Catering Industry and willingness to learn.
Commitment to delivering the standards as agreed between Newrest and their customers.
Strong desire and ability to understand our clients requirements.
