Cloud Infrastructure Engineer – Cloud, Infrastructure, Azure

A Cloud Infrastructure Engineer is required by Whitehall Resources for our client based in Oxfordshire. This is a permanent position requiring 3 days onsite each week, with the remainder worked remotely.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving global cloud infrastructure and network services, configuring and supporting infrastructure technologies, and contributing to IT projects and service upgrades. You will work within an ITIL-based framework, collaborating with application teams and advising the business on infrastructure solutions.

Do you have?

* Strong experience in virtualisation and containerisation technologies (Azure Container Apps, Docker, Kubernetes)?
* Proven experience supporting global hosting operations and infrastructure solutions?
* Knowledge of cloud networking and security principles, including Azure and Zero Trust Architectures?
* Hands-on skills with Windows Server OS, VMware, and Veeam backup?
* Strong communication and documentation skills?
* Experience with ITIL-based service delivery?
