Job Description
We are currently looking for an SAP Cutover Lead to join a project with a client of ours:
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 month initial contract with extensions highly likely
Location: Remote with flexibility for key stage travel (travel expenses covered)
Languages: English speaking
Type: Contract/Freelance
Role/Responsibilities
1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP/ERP Cutover management.
2. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all activities required for a smooth transition from legacy systems to new ERP and MES solutions.
3. Possess deep understanding of cutover processes, key dependencies, and overall complexity of system transitions.
4. Strong expertise in ERP platforms and MES solutions, with foundational knowledge of integrations between ERP, MES, automation systems, and other third-party systems.
5. Proactive, solution-oriented and hands on approach.
6. Lead and motivate cross-functional, multicultural teams effectively to ensure timely cutover execution.
7. Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, providing status updates, risk mitigation, and resolution of issues.
